4. Naukasana - Sit up straight and lift your legs as high as possible without the help of hands. Both hands should be forward. The shape of the body will be a lot like a boat. This seat will tighten the waist fat, and this will reduce belly fat.


5. Ustrasana - This is a sitting position with the upper part of the body leaning back on the knees and touching the ankles with the hands. It is better to hold the seats for about 30 seconds. This seat also relieves a lot of back pain.

6. Paschimottanasana - The legs should be spread forward. This time you have to touch the toes with both hands. So that the nose touches the knees. This seat reduces belly fat.
