All the medicinal properties of chocolate


 Everyone, big or small, likes chocolate. However, we want to stay away from chocolate after hearing about the many health benefits of chocolate. Eating chocolate leads to weight gain, chocolate causes more tooth loss. But many of us do not know about the properties of chocolate.


A few years ago, a company in the United States demanded to make more than one quality chocolate. They claimed that they had made the first multi-quality chocolate in the world. Eating this chocolate will lower blood pressure as well as cholesterol levels.


Cocoa beans, the main ingredient in chocolate, contain antioxidants and lots of minerals. Along with that it helps to keep cholesterol levels right and lower blood pressure. But the effectiveness of these cocoa beans is somewhat lost when making chocolate. This is because a lot of fat and sugar are mixed when making chocolate. A chocolate bar contains at least 60 percent fat and sugar. But the American company Kuka ExoCio claims that the fat and sugar in their new chocolate bar is only 35 percent. So this chocolate is not harmful for the body, but more effective.

The agency's spokesman, Gregory Aharnian, claimed that they had reduced the bitterness of cocoa beans by using cocoa tree extract. This is because the use of sugar, saccharin and excess fat in chocolate bars spoils the quality of cocoa beans. So the amount of sugar and fat in the new chocolate has been reduced by half. Their company is also trying to make a new type of chocolate by reducing the amount of sugar and fat to 10 percent.
